Shamier Little & Fred Kerley 2nd in Lausanne DL
26th August 2021 – Shamier Little (USA) and Fred Kerley (USA) continued their good form with 2nd place finishes in the 400mH and 200m at Athletissima Lausane Diamond League.
Shamier had a narrow lead over Olympic bronze medalist Femke Bol until the last hurdle crossing the line in 53.78 for her 8th sub 54 second clocking of the season. Olympic 100m silver medalist Fred Kerley took 2nd behind Olympic 200m medalist Kenny Bednerak 19.65 to 19.77 which would have been a PB except for the +3.2 wind. Next stop Paris DL on Saturday.
