Shamier takes to the streets
16th June 2019 – Famous for being the finish line of the Boston Marathon, Boylston Street was in different athletic action this weekend as it hosted The Adidas Boston Boost Games.
Having finished first two years ago and second last year, Shamier Little (USA) was once again the queen of the 200m hurdles taking the victory here in 25.88 seconds.
At the IAAF Diamond League in Rabat the good form of Vincent Kibet (KEN) continued as he won the 1500m in 3:35.80.
On the roads, having fallen and suffered an injured shoulder earlier in the week Stephanie Twell (GBR) ran bravely to take fifth place in 1:15.57.
