18th April 2016 – As the Olympic track season of 2016 gets underway several PACE athletes are already showing some good form and laying down markers.

New crowned World Indoor 60m Champion Trayvon Bromell stepped up to the longer sprint of 200m at the Baylor Invitational and was a comfortable winner in 20.30 seconds despite running into a headwind.

At the Mt Sac Relays there were victories for both Jenna Prandini (USA) and Laura Roesler (USA) over 100m and 800m respectively. Jenna set a World Leading time as she went under the 11 second barrier for the fourth time in her career stopping the clock at 10.95 seconds. Laura showed that she is building on the form that placed her fourth at last month’s World Indoor Championships clocking 2:01.54.

In Jamaica, Ristananna Tracey (JAM) finished second over 400m hurdles in the MVP track meeting.
